Kate Hansen is a big fan of Beyoncé's, and the feeling is mutual!

The Olympic luger has a tried and true pre-race ritual: Dancing to Queen Bey's music! The American athlete was caught on camera in Sochi doing her trademark popping and locking before her race, telling NBC Sports listening to Mrs. Carter's music, "Gets me fierce, and I get stoked!"

So does the 21-year-old luger-dancer get pumped up to the sounds of Jay Z's music, too? Nope—sorry, Hov. For Kate, it's "strictly Beyoncé," who she refers to as "my girl Bey!"

"I have good mojo going on, so it's just how I roll," she explained. That seems to be working for the California native, too, who boasts in her Twitter bio, "I know all of Beyonce's chero by heart."

Kate's living by Beyoncé 's rules, too—and she doesn't care who watches! "Honestly I'm in my own world," she said, "and it doesn't matter who's staring, I'm gonna dance!"

And when Beyoncé found out her music helped Kate get ready for Sochi, she was flattered. She posted a link to an SBNation.com story about the luger to her Facebook, adding supportively, "Go Kate!"

See, y'all, it all comes full circle. Who run the world? Girls!
