Star gets caught by surprise by gust of wind while walking out of runway show

Talk about a close call!

Victoria Justice almost suffered a very unfortunate wardrobe malfunction at New York Fashion Week over the weekend when the blistery wind caught her (and her flirty dress!) by surprise.

The weather proved too much for her fashion risk, and an unexpected gust of wind blew her sassy skirt up right in the air the second photographers swarmed her.

Eek!

Despite the chilly winter weather, the 20-year-old star stepped out to support her favorite designers wearing nothing more than a patterned full-skirted frock, accessorized with a leather moto jacket,  studded clutch and sexy cutout lace-up sandals.

While she looked undeniably chic and modern in her slick ensemble, we can only imagine how bitterly cold she must have been the minute she walked outdoors.

Had she opted for a thick pair of opaque tights or tall knee-high boots, we're betting the brunette beauty would have been quite a bit warmer, not to mention, much more covered up!

In the midst of her wardrobe malfunction, the actress smartly tugged the fabric down before exposing too much, while instantly channeling a very glamorous Marilyn Monroe moment!

And to further add to her Hollywood starlet look, Justice flaunted flirty red nails, faux lashes and a smoky eye, proving that she's all grown up and ready to take on the fashion world.
