The 28-year-old fashionista took to Instagram this morning to share photos of her birthday surprise for fiancé William Tell.
"Rise and shine birthday boy @williamtell2nd !!" the former Hills star wrote along with a photo of dozens of multi-colored balloons floating around the ceiling of their bedroom. The strings of the balloons fill the room, making for a perfect party setting.
Conrad shared a second Instagram photo of the birthday balloons from underneath them.
Conrad also recently celebrated a birthday. She turned 28 this past Saturday.
Meanwhile, Conrad also shared an adorable photo of their dog for Throwback Thursday yesterday. "#tbt to the day we met our sweet little Fitz #adopt," she wrote with a pic of her dog as a puppy. Too cute!
Earlier this week, Conrad shared some sneak peek photos from her and Tell's recent engagement photo shoot. Conrad also took to her blog, writing, "There's something romantic about the month of February. The weather is cozy, the year still feels new, and it's the perfect time of the year to let your heart guide you. And then of course there's Valentine's Day. But whether you're single or taken, think of February as a time to focus on the people, places, and activities you love most."
