So you're single and Valentine's Day is coming up? You're either really despressed about that fact, or you remember that Feb. 14 is like every other day during the year and you don't give a flying crap about being unattached.  Either way, you'll want to watch this video.

The Pet Collective continues to do Jesus' work by recreating movies using cats and kittens. We've already seen The Lion King, Elf and our personal favorite, Mean Girls. And because it's the season of love (is that a thing?), they've rounded up adorable, furry creatures to remake the classic love story The Notebook.

Sure, it lacks Ryan Gosling and we know that anything that does not have Ryan Gosling is basically terrible. But we also know that anything with cats is basically amazing. So, it evens out.

Anyway, remember how you cried like a damn fool at the end of The Notebook? Well, the cat version has a less depressing conclusion, so don't worry about crying while watching the video. Unless you often tear up at the sight of cute kittens. In which case, you will almost definitely cry.

Better than the original Notebook or extremely better than the original Notebook?
