Youtube, Jason LaVeris/FilmMagicMiley Cyrus and Arcadia High School student Matt Peterson have a lot in common: They both have no problem with public nudity (Miley posed naked for W magazine, you're about to watch Matt get naked in a minute). They both love talking about Miley Cyrus. And, hmm, that's enough.
At least for what Matt has in mind: Prom.
"I have been a fan of yours from the beginning. You've changed my life, and I want to repay you by giving you the best night of your life," Matt wrote alongside the video of his prom invite.
WARNING: Matt is 17-years-old. He is not legal. So mind your comments, pervy cougar types.
In 2009, "Mr. Cyrus" (that's Matt's nickname) waited outside a KissFM studio at 3 a.m. for a chance to meet Miley—and he did! And he cried! A few months later she gave him a shout out at her concert.
And now, five years later, that torch is still burning.
"I promise you, we will have a great time," he continues. "And, after our first encounter, I won't cry on your dress." Like she'd even wear a dress. More like a thong, corsage and some black-tie-optional nipple pasties.
And let's be real: You'd probably still cry on the nipple pasties, Matt.
The video has officially gone viral, with nearly 100K views. Matt hopes if people keep tweeting it at Miley, she'll see it. And, "I hope you will tell me yes when I'm sitting with roses in the 6th row at your BANGERZ tour in Phoenix on February 27th!" he explains.

That is the most Miley Cyrus way to ask Miley Cyrus to prom ever.
There's only one problem: The dance is on May 3, when Miley will be touring in Europe. She has a show in Amsterdam on the 2nd and Belgium on the 4th and we have a feeling she will want to stop into one of those "coffee shops" on her day off.
But she also has access to a private jet. We're crossing our fingers for a prom miracle, Matt!
