When it comes to memorable laughs in Hollywood, Julia Roberts' takes the cake.

The August: Osage County star couldn't stop herself from cracking up during an interview with George Clooney for Vanity Fair.

The two were featured in a behind-the-scenes video clip for the magazine's famous Hollywood issue, highlighting this year's crème de la crème in the acting world.

When asked how it felt to be included on the prestigious cover, Roberts said, "It's cool!"

Clooney chimed in, adding, "It's very exciting. I think it's going to be fun…that's what Gwyneth Paltrow told me to say."

The brunette actress' jaw just about fell to the floor and she let out a big belly laugh.

Roberts then acted out taking a giant swig of Clooney's cocktail as he added, "What the hell was that about? Why did I get pulled into that one?"

Clooney was referring to the recent (and ongoing) drama between Paltrow and the monthly magazine.

After months of speculation of a feud between the two, stemming from the magazine planning to write an article on the Oscar-winning actress, Editor-in-Chief Graydon Carter finally broke his silence.

He explained that he commissioned Vanessa Grigoriadis to address the actress' sometimes polarizing persona.

"Vanessa turned in her story at the end of the summer. And it was just what had been assigned—a reasoned, reported essay on the hate/love-fest that encircles Gwyneth Paltrow. I thought it perfectly explained the whole phenomenon. But it was such a far cry from the almost mythical story that people were by now expecting—the 'epic takedown,' filled with 'bombshell' revelations," he revealed.

"There had also been conflicting reports that Gwyneth had coerced George Clooney into not being on our cover—clearly not true."

And the rest, as they say, is history.
