Fergie Talks Post-Baby Diet & Workout Routine: My Goal Is To Get Back Into A Bikini!

In case you missed it: Yesterday Fergie showed off her post-baby bod in a sizzling sequin mini dress. For many of us, the thought that followed "Yowza!" was something along the lines of: What is her workout routine?!

Well, luckily later that day E! News found out. We caught up with the singer and Avon spokesmodel as she promoted her three fragrances with the brand. The pop star shared that since giving birth to son Axl five months ago she's been "hiking and biking." As for her diet, she says each morning she starts the day with a "green smoothie," which consists of romaine lettuce, spinach, kale, apples and bananas. She also shared that she doesn't feel pressure to slim down immediately but her goal is to "get back into a bikini one day."

In the meantime the star has been spending quality time with her newborn son and husband Josh Duhamel. She's also been writing for her next album. And when she needs a break from that she likes to indulge in some TV-watching, particularly E!'s Fashion Police.
