Such was the case for Kourtney Kardashian, who recently went to the dentist where her mouth was numbed, causing the left side of her upper lip to rise in a smile, while the right half of her jaw remained still, creating the appearance of a crooked lip.
So of course, her sister Khloé couldn't help but poke fun at the 34-year-old beauty's unintentional facial expression, recording a video of her sibling, which she subsequently posted on Keek and dubbed "I've never laughed so hard," as the two enjoyed lunch together in Calabasas, Calif.
"Look at me," Khloé says in the video as she bursts into a fit of giggles.

"It's not nice!" Kourtney protests.
"What is wrong with your mouth?" the 29-year-old E! star asks in the clip.
"It's numb! It's not nice, stop!" the mother of two says while wearing a large pair of sunglasses and a printed dress (for having a numb mouth, girl looks very put together).
"Khloé it's rude," she adds as she covers her face with a napkin.
"Please show my keekers what you did," Khloé says as she laughs.
"I didn't do it!," Kourtney insists. "The dentist did it?" her sister asks.
"Yes!" the eldest Kardashian says as she reaches for a menu to shield her face while letting out a giant laugh.
The famous siblings clearly enjoyed a silly lunch and, despite the embarrassing clip, Kourtney took to Instagram shortly after to share a stunning photo of her younger sis.
"My❤! In our new gold aviators. #parkinglotpimpin'," she captioned the shot of the former X Factor host strutting her stuff in a skin-tight black dress while holding a stuffed animal and an ice cream cone.
