Think there's enough trash on TV.

Well there's more coming.

MTV has teamed up with Wilmer Valderrama on Yo Momma, a trash-talking competition series.

The Hollywood dude-around-town, best known as That '70s Show's foreign exchange student and one-time Lindsay Lohan loverboy, came up with the idea for the comedy reality show, which he will host.

Valderrama will trawl all types of neighborhoods around the country to find those with the best verbal weapons for the music television series, set to air afternoons, early next year for four consecutive weeks.

The MTV official release -- a document devoid of language that looks or sounds like trash talk -- describes the competitive face-offs on Yo Momma this way: "The finalists from each opposing area then will utilize information from "targeted home invasions" conducted by Wilmer to make their one-on-one slams incredibly personal. The top two contestants each day will compete for a cash prize and bragging rights of being the best clowner in their hometown, as well as the opportunity to move forward in the trash talking tournament."

Miami-born Valderrema, who plays Fez, mangler of the English language, on Fox's nostalgia sitcom, (now in its eighth and final year), grew up in Venezuela and knew no English when he returned to America aged 13. Now 25, and clearly wearing his executive producer cap, he is quoted in the same press release, formally stating, "I am thrilled to partner with such an innovative and creative network as MTV and I am honored by the support and confidence they have in my ideas."

MTV executives also kept their language buttoned up. "Wilmer is wired in to our audience. His humor, style and approachable personality make this a great fit for MTV," said Brian Graden, President Entertainment, MTV.

"We've been looking to develop a project with Wilmer that reflects his connection to the MTV audience," said Lois Curren, ex vp MTV Series Entertainment, noting that "Wilmer joins a list of series creators/hosts that includes Ashton Kutcher, P.Diddy, Nick Cannon and many more who have found a home on MTV for their creative, genre-defining ideas."

Kutcher, who also rose to fame on That '70s Show, made the hidden camera Punk'd at hit for MTV, and has now also produced a network hit with The WB's Beauty and the Geek.

Sean "P.Diddy" Combs' Bad Boy Entertainment has a first-look production deal with MTV, which airs his Making the Band series.

Nick Cannon is host of the cable network's new hip-hop improv comedy team competition Wild 'n Out.

In 2006 Valerrama will also be heard as the voice of a Latino hero Manny Garcia in the animated Disney Channel series Handy Manny. Upcoming he will appear in the movie El Muerto as the comic book hero Diego de la Muerta, and also has a role in The Darwin Awards, starring Winona Ryder and Joseph Fiennes.
