Like millions of viewers around the world, Kelly Clarkson enjoyed the 56th Annual Grammy Awards from the comfort of her own home.

The pregnant American Idol winner live tweeted the show and praised her pop star peers in the process. "I couldn't go 2 the Grammy's this year because my pregnancy would not allow it. Definitely watching from home w/ the kiddos," the first-time mom-to-be, 31, wrote. After seeing a radiant Katy Perry walk down the red carpet in a Valentino gown, Clarkson tweeted that the "Roar" nominee "might be the prettiest person ever. She and @meganfox could be sisters. They look so similar!"

Clarkson was equally enamored with Ciara's custom Pucci gown. "In my next life I definitely want to look like Ciara pregnant and not how I look right now, which is a hot swollen mess hahaha!" she joked.

Once the red carpet portion of the night ended, Clarkson tuned in to CBS to watch Beyoncé and Jay Z open the show with "Drunk in Love," a sexy mid-tempo track from the R&B diva's recently released self-titled album. She even jokingly compared the power couple to herself and Brandon Blackstock.

"It's so weird but me and my husband look just like Beyoncé & Jay Z when we're dancing and grinding. Timberlake was right #mirrors #crazyhot," Clarkson raved of her husband of three months.

Like Olivia Wilde, Clarkson is envious of a male singer's tresses. "I want @JaredLeto hair," she wrote.

Jokes aside, the "Tie It Up" singer took the time to congratulate newcomers Kacey Musgraves and Lorde, as well as two-time winner Bruno Mars. Clarkson also praised performers like Blake Shelton and Pharel Williams.

Her sweetest compliment, however, was given to a first-time nominee and four-time winner. "@macklemore makes me want to be a better person," Clarkson tweeted, presumably referencing his "Same Love" performance with Ryan Lewis, Madonna and Queen Latifah. "I'm so thankful for his talent and that he's sharing it. #powerful."
