Most epic and heartwarming Grammy performance of the night?!

Queen Latifah introduced Macklemore and Ryan Lewis—who won four Grammys, including Best New Artist—before the dynamic duo performed their hit song "Same Love" at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, Jan. 26.

Looking strapping in a dark suit with a crisp white shirt, the 30-year-old rapper belted out the lyrics to the chart-topping tune in a wedding-style gazebo as fans clapped and cheered in the audience.

Mary Lambert, who is featured in the song, joined Macklemore onstage in a sparkly floor length red gown.

Queen Latifah proceeded to officiate the marriages of 34 couples as Ryan Lewis and Madonna then walked out onstage as the 43-year-old actress screamed with excitement, "I now pronounce you married!"

The New York Times described the featured couples as "gay, straight, old, young, of many races and many colors." Among the group tying the knot include Lewis' sister Laura and her boyfriend Alex.

"A night that is already tremendous for me, for the music," Lewis said prior to the performance, "but to have my sister get married and my family there watching it—that makes it a whole other level of amazing."

Madonna then began singing her song "Open Your Heart," as the newlyweds embraced and showed off their love for one another as they smiled and waved to the camera.

The Queen of Pop, who was dressed in an all-white suit, cowboy hat and carrying a cane, also dueted with Lambert as the moving performance came to a close.

Lewis also said the unions that took place during the duo's tune (which has become a marriage-equality anthem) "will be in our minds the ultimate statement of equality, that all the couples are entitled to the same exact thing."

And we weren't the only ones who were touched by the unconventional marriage ceremony—the entire audience, including Beyoncé and Jay Z, gave the group a standing ovation after the show and Keith Urban was even seen shedding a tear while Katy Perry caught a bouquet!

What a memorable moment!
