Eva LaRue is back on the market.

The former CSI: Miami star's businessman husband, Joseph Cappuccio, has filed for divorce after less than four years of marriage.

Cappuccio cited the ever-efficient irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and asked that the court not award LaRue child support, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

They have no children together, though LaRue is mom to 12-year-old daughter Kaya with her second husband, John Callahan.

LaRue's soon-to-be ex actually signed the paperwork on Dec. 31, but the petition wasn't filed in L.A. Superior Court until Jan. 3 due to the New Year's holiday.

Cappuccio and LaRue tied the knot June 28, 2010. He left the date of separation "to be determined."

The 47-year-old actress more than hinted at trouble at home yesterday, tweeting, "Emotional time 4 Me and Kaya-Really tough extenuating circumstances-Adult children w/addiction can tear a marriage apart.Thnk u 4 ur supprt." She went on to retweet a number of the supportive messages posted by her fans.

This was her third marriage. Her first husband is John O'Hurley, of Seinfeld and Dancing With the Stars fame. They divorced in 1994 after two years of marriage, and she married Callahan in 1996. They split up in 2005.

Before starring on CSI: Miami as Detective Natalia Boa Vista, she was best known for her long-running role as Dr. Maria Santos Gray on All My Children.
