Fair warning—you might lose your lunch.

Former TLC star Jon Gosselin has been the center of a media spotlight after he spoke out following his 13-year-old twins Mady and Cara's awkward interview with their mother and his former wife, Kate Gosselin, on the Today show on Thursday, Jan. 16.

But his latest headline-making incident has nothing to do with his eight children—and all went down during the Jan. 23 episode the VH1 reality show Couple's Therapy.

During the episode, Gosselin is seen shifting his body under the covers of the bed while he moans (we warned you) before his girlfriend Liz Jannetta walks in the room and assumes that her boyfriend had been masturbating in her absence.

"Ew," she says as she enters the room before blasting Gosselin with a boat load of F-bombs (head to the 36 minute, 15 sec mark to watch for yourself).

"It's humiliating," she adds as Gosselin tries to defend himself.

"I'm in the bedroom, I'm laying down, I'm just laying there, scratching myself, and Liz thinks I'm masturbating," he explains.

"You are such a jerk," Jannetta says as she exits the room infuriated. "I'm like ready to throw up, actually."

Naturally, since the show is called Couples Therapy, the troubled lovebirds try to talk through their latest issue, which pretty much consists of Gosselin "clamming up" as Jannetta rips him a new one.

"That reminds me of my marriage," Jon says, "When Liz laughs at me and walks away, it's like Kate. That's exactly how I feel."

Safe to say that comment may have generated a separate argument.

Gosselin most recently accused his ex-wife of treating their children like "garbage." His latest accusation coming on the heels of his attorney Mark Heller confirming to E! News that Jon will "most likely" be taking legal action against Kate over what he perceives to be a violation of a provision of their custody agreement.

Following Mady and Cara's uncomfortable appearance on Today, the former couple's twins appeared (and actually spoke!) on The View, but stayed mum and looked to their mother for relief when asked about their relationship with their father.
