Talk about playful sparring!
Timothy Olyphant and Chelsea Handler did just that when the actor stopped by Chelsea Lately on Thursday, Jan. 23.
"So, you think you're an actor?" Handler joked.
"Ow," Olyphant quickly replied.
"No, I know you're an actor," Handler noted, and then sarcastically added, "I believe you when you're on that show. I believe every word that comes out of your mouth. I believe that you're a sheriff."
"I'm not a sheriff on that f--king show," snapped a perplexed Olyphant. "You're a host, right?"
"Barely," Handler said before admitting she has a habit of tuning people out.
"I have the same problem," revealed Olyphant. "The listening part. Like, I missed most of what you just said."
"Well, that's because you keep f--king interrupting me. How am I supposed to get through to you?" yelled Handler, much to the delight of the audience.
"Settle down. Don't encourage her," Olyphant told the crowd before pulling sidekick Chuy Bravo into the mix.
