The E! star, along with 4-year-old son Mason and 1-year-old daughter Penelope, was photographed enjoying some pool time at Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis' Casa Arama villa in Mexico.
The 34-year-old hot mama, who was holding her adorable mini-me, showed off her enviable bikini body in a black two-piece by A. Ché. Penelope looked extra-cute in a pink zebra-patterned ruffle bikini by PilyQ Barcelona, while Mason was all smiles as he walked briskly beside his mother and sister. Francis added a snapshot with Kourt's longtime love, Scott Disick, at the villa to his Instagram account on Sunday, Jan. 19.
E! News recently confirmed that Kourt, Scott, Mason and Penelope will soon be neighbors with Justin Bieber, after purchasing the Calabasas home of former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson.
The lavish pad—which is nearly 12,000 square feet—has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, which is more than enough space for the family.
Johnson had been trying to sell his house for quite some time now and has even lowered the price multiple times. It was taken off the market on Dec. 31, 2013, with a price tag of a little over $8 million.
