Has there ever been a time when Kate Upton has not looked hot?! Probably not.

The model most recently flaunted her famous cleavage while attending NBC and Time Inc.'s celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue at the Dolby Theatre on Tuesday, Jan. 14, in Hollywood, where she stunned in a formfitting sleeveless black gown that showed off her killer curves.

The 21-year-old beauty, who proved exactly why she's been on S.I.'s last two swimsuit covers as she posed for pics, wore her blond hair down in soft curls and added a trendy silver ring and matching bracelet to her elegant yet sexy ensemble, completing her look with a dark red manicure.

But the Sports Illustrated party isn't the only place where Upton's been looking hot as of late.

She also recently bared her bangin' bikini bod in the new trailer for the upcoming comedy The Other Woman, which costars Leslie Mann and Cameron Diaz.

In the Nick Cassavetes-directed flick, Mann, Diaz and Upton team up to take down Leslie's husband (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) after learning he's been unfaithful with both of the blond bombshells.

The latest clip shows Mann and Diaz getting a tad jealous of Upton's enviable figure—and it's not hard to see why.

Upton has also been making headlines after she was seen attending a hockey game with her ex-boyfriend Justin Verlander on Saturday, Jan. 11, although a source exclusively told E! News the former couple has not reconciled romantically.

A source close to the stunner explained that "Kate and Justin are not back together," adding that the athlete asked for Upton to visit him before he underwent surgery.

"She wanted to be there for him," the source said.

The Detriot Tigers' pitcher received core muscle repair surgery Wednesday morning after suffering an injury during his offseason conditioning program last month.

The team announced the news that Verlander, who is currently in a Philadelphia hospital recovering, is set to undergo six weeks of physical therapy and will be ready to play at the beginning of the 2014 season.
