For some it's a party trick, for Cameron Diaz, it's her morning routine.

While stopping by The Dr. Oz Show on Tuesday to promote her new book The Body Book, the actress showed off some series skills when it came to chugging water.

"Water wakes you up," the 41-year-old explains. So each morning she likes to, well, take it to the head. "First I brush my teeth because I don't want to swallow all the bacteria in my teeth from the night before. So I make sure that's gone and then I…" The star then starts chugging and entire liter of water.

How long does it take her to down the entire jug? Just 20 seconds!

Even Dr. Oz is impressed:  "I can't believe you can do that! It's unbelievable!" he exclaims.

So why is H20 so important? "It hydrates you, of course, but it also boosts your mood," Dr. Oz explains. And then there are, ahem, other reasons.

"This is the best way for me to go poop in the morning," Dr. Oz confesses. "Yes, yes it is and thank god I already did that, because I just did that," Cameron quips, pointing to the empty bottle.

So what's left to do? Celebrate Cameron's openness on this subject, of course. "I love how in the book you're so honest about poop. I'm going to high-five you on this," says Dr. Oz.
