Sean's daughter, Dylan Penn, also put her new romance on display when she spent the evening with Steven McQueen at her father's event Saturday night, even posing for a few photos with her new man.
According to People, Dylan and the Vampire Diaries star are a new item.
And they both come from famous families.
Not only is Dylan the daughter of Sean and Robyn Wright, but the 25-year-old actor is the grandson of the late Steve McQueen, the iconic thesp who was known as the "King of Cool."
When we asked Dylan at the gala about her relationship status with Steven, the 22-year-old model played coy, saying after some hesitation, "ehhh, ya I'm single."
Her mom, who was standing beside her, added, "she's singly happy".
But, inside of the event, the pair was lovey dovey, with McQueen reportedly scooping up Dylan, kissing her and carrying her out of the party when she complained about her feet hurting, according to Us Weekly.
Dylan was last linked to Robert Pattinson, but she told GQ last month rumors she was dating the Twilight star were complete "bulls—t," adding that all of the hubbub about it was "actually kind of funny."
