David Cassidy was arrested for alleged drunk driving on Friday, Jan. 10 in Los Angeles, E! News can confirm. This is the 63-year-old's third DUI arrest.

According to the police report, the Partridge Family star was exiting the 405 freeway and was spotted making a right turn on a red light, in violation of a black and white regulatory sign indicating, "No Right Turn On Red."

The California Highway Patrol initiated a traffic stop and as soon as the officers opened the door, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from Cassidy's vehicle and he was administered a field sobriety test.

The former teen idol blew a .19, which is more than twice the legal limit, and he was arrested and taken to a nearby precinct to be booked.

There were no passengers in the vehicle.

Cassidy was previously arrested in Nov. 2010 for weaving across lanes on a state road in Fort Pierce, Fla.. Per a police report, Cassidy told his arresting officers that he was tired, having popped a hydrocodone tablet earlier that afternoon. Authorities also found a half-empty bottle of bourbon in the vehicle.

In August 2013, Cassidy was pulled over just outside of Albany, N.Y. in the early morning hours for driving with his high beams on during an inappropriate time. He failed a field sobriety test and was taken to a nearby jail. He was released on $2,500 bail shortly after.
