Liam Payne Denies One Direction Feud Rumors: "No One's Clashing!"

Boy band member addresses speculation of supposed in-fighting within the group

Directioners can breathe easy.

While rumors have been circulating that the members of One Direction are "clashing," Liam Payne has taken to Twitter to squelch such speculation.

"Lots of articles saying we are clashing ... no ones clashing we are just having a bit of Family time after hitting the road for 3 years." the 20-year-old singer wrote on Wednesday, Jan. 8.

The talk of in-fighting appears to have originated from a recent Daily Star story that cited a source as saying that Harry Styles wants to "transform" the boy band's sound.

"He thinks their next album is the perfect time to create a much edgier and more rock 'n' roll image and he's already writing songs that he wants them to include on the record," the alleged source said. "The problem is the rest of the band fear if Harry starts changing their style he's going to take over the whole thing."

And while Styles may not be making waves with his mates, he certainly is making time for Kendall Jenner.

He and the E! star were spotted hitting the slopes together in Mammoth Lakes, Calif., last weekend.

A source told E! News that the two are "just enjoying getting to know each other" and that "they're having fun."

Both Styles and Jenner have insisted that their relationship is nothing more than platonic.
