It was clearly a New Year's Eve that Courteney Cox and Jimmy Kimmel will never forget.
Just days after spending the holiday together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux, Howard Stern, Beth Ostrosky and Molly McNearny, the two friends chatted about the trip on Monday's Jimmy Kimmel Live.
"We had the greatest time," the Cougar Town star said. "I loved every minute of it. I really did. It was so much fun. All of you were so fun and funny."
Cox then proceeded to pull out a humorous photo of Kimmel passed out in a car and added, "Although, I'm not sure if you will remember."
"Oh, who took this picture?" the talk show host asked while holding up the snap for the audience to see. "This was after midnight. This was not on the way to the party. There's Courteney in the corner, and my wife, who thinks it's funny to take photos of me drunk."
Cox quickly pointed out, though, that she didn't "look exactly sober" either.
To which Kimmel replied, "Yeah, well, you are conscious, which is the difference."
During their stay in Mexico, the celebrity group all stayed at the same resort—a private beachfront home in a gated community dubbed Casa Oliver—to ring in 2014. And kick back a few, obviously.
