The former Real Housewives of New York star was seen packing on the PDA with her new beau Michael A. Cerussi on New Year's Eve at the Mondrian South Beach hotel in Miami, where the twosome shamefully shared a passionate kiss before flaunting their bangin' bodies on the beach the following day.
E! News has learned that the duo is "dating" although there is nothing serious brewing as of yet, with an insider explaining that Frankel is simply "enjoying herself and having fun."
And despite Bethenny recently admitting that "men aren't a priority right now," there are plenty of reasons why the good-looking pair are perfect for each other—for now.
"He's very social and when he goes out, it's in a big way," a former flame of Cerussi exclusively tells E! News. "Always the best restaurants and private table when he's at a lounge or a club. He's not a party boy, but he enjoys life. He loves everything New York City has to offer."
We know the Skinnygirl goddess loves the finer things in life and currently resides in NYC with her daughter, Bryn, so Cerussi, who goes by "Mac," can certainly wine and dine the 43-year-old beauty when her little one is spending time with ex Jason Hoppy.
Mac also comes from a wealthy family and reportedly works in finance, ensuring he's not dating Bethenny for neither her fame nor fortune.
"He comes from money. A lot of it. His family is super, super-wealthy," Cerussi's former flame tells E! News. "So Bethenny doesn't have to worry that he's dating her for her money. He doesn't need to."
As for Bethenny's qualms over settling down with someone too soon (after all, she's still going through a drawn-out divorce battle with her ex after filing last January)? Turns out, Mac is on the same page in the marriage department as well.
"He's always said he'll never settle down," Mac's former flame reveals. "He wants to be single forever. I've heard him say the words, 'I never want to get married.' He's a very decent guy, he's just not into the idea of it."
And there's one extra special perk to cozying up to the hunky blond.
"He's amazing in bed. Amazing. He has a great body and he knows what to do with it," his former flame adds.
Hey, if Frankel's looking for fun (and there's nothing wrong with that!), then Mac sounds like her perfect match.
