The Duck Dynasty family has come together once again, this time to rally around one of its smallest members.

Jase and Missy Robertson's daughter Mia underwent surgery today for a cleft issue on her face—and her parents have been keeping friends, family and fans posted on her progress via Facebook.

"Almost done with all the pre-op appointments today. Was just told by one of the doctors that she was impressed with how well Mia is prepared for this major bone graft procedure for her cleft," Missy wrote on Thursday. "Surgery tomorrow at 11am. We're ready! God's got this."

Shortly after go-time, Missy shared a photo of many more Robertsons gathered around Mia's hospital bed.

"Surgeon's [sic] has been working on Mia for about 5 minutes. They tell us she's doing great! Here we all are right before she was wheeled away. Thanks for the prayers," wrote the mother of three. She and Jase are also parents to sons Reed and Cole.

And about an hour after that: "Great news! All went well. 'Textbook' is the word the surgeon used. We are praising God and waiting to go see our baby girl. Thank you for all the prayers!!!!"

Mia was even feeling strong enough afterward to flash a thumbs-up from her bed.

"I really appreciate the outpouring of support, thoughts, and prayers for Mia. Out of surgery, doing great, considering.  #Blessed," Jase Robertson wrote on his own Facebook page.

Jase is the second-eldest son of patriarch Phil Robertson and wife Miss Kay.

Mia's successful surgery kicks off what the Robertson family is hoping will be another joyful year for the Louisiana family.

Willie Robertson, Jase's younger brother, and wife Korie told Fox News on New Year's Eve that they were "ooking forward to getting back to making some funny shows" following the uproar over Phil's controversial GQ interview.

"It's a new year, so we're ready to break in a new year and start it all over again...I think we all learned a lot and we're just ready to move on, and the family's happy, and we're ready to go. I've got to make sure my guys are back there building duck calls."
