The reigning pop princess debuted her Piece of Me concert residency at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas on Friday evening to a crowd of famous faces, family, friends and tons of diehard fans.
So how did Spears celebrate after her first performance?
Well, she didn't exactly have a big blowout Sin City style.
In fact, according to an insider, Brit Brit "just stayed at her hotel and had some quiet time with her family."
The "Perfume" singer's close family, boyfriend and his family were all on hand to support the blond beauty's latest endeavor.
"She is really happy," the source added. "She is focusing on doing her performances and just having a good time. She really wants to put all her energy into doing an amazing show for everyone."
The 32-year-old is under some serious pressure to bring the biggest show that Vegas has seen in a long time.
Spears told E! News weeks before her opening weekend that she was "kinda nervous."
" It's completely different from any show I've ever done…It's actually really funny because it's something that I've always wanted to do. It's something that I've always kind of had in the back of my mind that I've always wanted to do but I've never really followed through with it."
She added, "I took a grip on it and said this is what I want to do."
