Jen Arnold, star of TLC's The Little Couple, is undergoing chemotherapy to treat a rare type of cancer.

On Friday, Dec. 27, the 39-year-old neonatologist and mom of two tweeted a smiling shot of herself from "Day 2 [of] impatient chemo."

Jen wrote that she's "sleeping a lot, liking new anti nausea med this time & looking to get home today!" She canceled a chemo treatment the week before Christmas "due to low counts [which made meds] not save to give."

Staying positive, Jen pointed out the "silver lining" of her previous chemo setback was getting to have "a better Xmas" with hubby Bill Klein, their recently-adopted 2-year-old daughter, Zoe, and 3-year-old son, Will. "First one with the kids," she tweeted of the holiday. "Not letting #cancer ruin our #Christmas."

The Little Couple star admits "there are good days & bad days" of undergoing chemotherapy, but says "the challenge is to not fight it, but learn how to make the best of both."

She told one fan she was "Tired! But overall good" receiving treatment, adding, "Kids keep me moving! (:"

Fortunately, as Jen told E! News earlier this month, her prognosis is good. "While there is never a good time to get news like this, getting it just as we are building our new family is tough in many ways," she said. "But being surrounded by the love of my husband and our two beautiful children is actually in many ways giving me the strength to fight it even stronger."

TLC will continue filming Jen, Bill and their family lives as she undergoes treatment, per the pair's request.

We're all sending her good vibes and will keep the whole Arnold family in our thoughts and prayers! #GetWellJen, indeed!
