Everybody's heard this from an elder: "Think before you speak." Well, maybe not everybody. These TV stars got in hot water for things they said.

From racist and homophobic remarks to just plain old cursing, words cost these stars, including Paula Deen, Charlie Sheen and Alec Baldwin, lucrative deals. Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson appears to be in the same boat now, after getting suspended indefinitely from A&E, following a GQ article in which Robertson lumped homosexuality into the same category as beastiality.

"It seems like, to me, a vagina—as a man—would be more desirable than a man's anus. That's just me. I'm just thinking: There's more there! She's got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I'm saying? But hey, sin: It's not logical, my man. It's just not logical," he said.

Since those comments were published, A&E has suspended Robertson. The fourth season of Duck Dynasty, which is A&E's highest rated show, is right around the corner and the family is "very serious" they won't participate in a fifth season without Phil. Will Phil's words ultimately cost him his job like it did these other celebrities?
