Kevin Costner's latest film is no doubt going to be action-packed.
The trailer for the comic action flick 3 Days to Kill, directed by McG, gives us a quick taste of the thriller.
The 58-year-old Oscar winner stars as a dying Secret Service Agent who quits his day job to try to build a relationship with his estranged daughter (Hailee Steinfeld) and his ex-wife (Connie Nielsen). However, he is lured to come out of retirement for one last mission, in exchange for an experimental drug (provided by the sleek Amber Heard) that could help save his life.
"So, I buy back my life, by killing for you," Costner tells Heard.
"That's the job. You have three days to kill," the platinum blond 27-year-old replies.
Cue Costner donning some dapper suits, suffering hallucinations from the drug side effects, operating fast cars, igniting explosions and kicking some serious butt.
But of course, his daughter becomes suspicious of her father's latest activities after her mother needs to leave town for business. One fantastic example comes after he picks her up from school and she hears some rumbling in the car trunk. He blames it on the spare tires, but of course, there's a bad guy squirming around. A quick punch solves the problem.
3 Days to Kill is set to hit theaters on Feb. 21, 2014.
