Zac Efron would be a really a noisy neighbor, but we'll take it.
The handsome hunk gets naughty (no, not like that) in the latest trailer for his film Neighbors, when he shows what a vengeful frat boy can do to give the ultimate payback to his next door pals (played by Rose Byrne and Seth Rogen) after they break a very important rule: Don't call the cops.
Yeah, what a buzzkill, but they have a newborn baby, you guys! And Teddy (Efron) and all his fraternity brothers don't throw regular house parties, they throw bangers (not to be confused with Miley Cyrus' latest album).
So, after dropping their attempt to seem cool and getting the police involved, the Radners (Byrne and Rogen) get thrown into a whirlwind of pranks, from airbag seat cushions to finding their baby girl playing with a condom (so wrong).
But don't think Kelly and Mac Radner are about to just take such horseplay. They're fighting back!
And of course, what would a movie with the 25-year-old Hollywood hunk be without serving up something to his female fans, in this case showing off his sexy six pack as he grills some hot dogs during a backyard bash.
Neighbors, formerly titled Townies, is directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and costars Christopher Mintz-Plasse, aka McLovin from Superbad, James Franco's younger brother, Dave Franco and Friends actress Lisa Kudrow.
It's slated to hit theaters on May 9, 2014.
