The 29-year-old "Roar" crooner and the 26-year-old Brit songstress were snapped leaving 34 Restaurant in Mayfair side-by-side after grabbing a meal at the eatery.
For the nighttime outing, Perry wore a little black dress with pearl embellishments while Goulding wore a white coat over a silver sequined top with black denim jeans and a pair of black high-heeled boots.
Perry's boyfriend John Mayer didn't seem to be in tow.
This is the first time the duo has been reunited since they sang together at Perry's We Can Survive benefit concert at the Hollywood Bowl in October.
Perry and Goulding could have been on a celebratory dinner date together also. Perry recently scored two Grammy nominations when they were announced last Friday. She's up for Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance for "Roar."
She recently tweeted about the big news, writing, "Well, that's a great way to wake up! Thank you @TheGRAMMYs for my TWO nominations! Never imagined a lil old song about would have such."
