Eamonn McCormack/WireImagePaul Walker's remains were released on Monday, E! News can confirm.
The actor was transported from the Los Angeles County coroner's office to a local mortuary, Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, per his family's request.
The coroner determined both Walker and Roger Rodas' cause of death on Dec. 4 after conducting autopsies on both men.
Reports confirm that Rodas died of multiple traumatic injuries, while Walker died to traumatic and thermal injuries.
The deaths were ruled to be accidental. Toxicology results are pending and may take several weeks.
Funeral services for Rodas and the Fast & Furious 6 actor have yet to be announced. Source say that Walker's close friend and costar Tyrese Gibson has been helping the family with the latter's arrangements.
On Sunday, thousands of fans and car enthusiasts headed to the crash site in Valencia, Calif., for an unofficial memorial rally and car cruise.
Fans held silent prayers, left candles and watched cars drive around the loop where Walker and Rodas passed away.
According to the Los Angeles Times, mourners also lined up near the makeshift memorial and placed "hundreds of flowers" where their 2005 Porsche Carrera GT crashed.
Meanwhile Walker's charity, Reach Out Worldwide, has announced that they are thankful for all of the support and fan tributes to the fallen star.
"We've seen the most incredible outpouring of support from Paul Walker fans over the past week. To those who have attended the many tributes worldwide, posted heartfelt messages online, and supported his charity Reach Out Worldwide—we'd just like to say thank you," the charity wrote on their Facebook page. "Your gestures of love have meant so much."
