The party pals—who've been friendly since as early as 2006—hit up LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau, where they danced the night away with Kanye West and Jonathan Cheban as DJ Ruckus hit the turntables.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 33, modeled an ivory laser-cut dress with peplum detail. Her sexy look also featured a deep cut-out in the front that exposed Kardashian's cleavage.
Lohan, meanwhile, opted for a black crocheted number that intentionally exposed her black underwear. The 27-year-old OWN reality star completed her ensemble with black cut-out booties and an intricate cuff.
Before meeting up with Lohan (who's been seen around town with Ralph Lauren model Morgan O'Connor), Kardashian and West attended Jason Binn's Dujour magazine party at the Delano Beach Club. Upon their arrival, they were escorted to private cabana where they entertained several visitors.
"Kanye mostly relaxed on the lounges, while Kim was spotted mingling and chatting up other guests," an onlooker tells E! News. Kardashian in particular chatted up fashion designer Roberto Cavalli.
North West's parents were "affectionate and adorable" inside the star-studded Art Basel party. "They held hands and took turns taking photos of each other with other celebrity guests," an onlooker says. "It was very cute. It's amazing how normal they act considering the craziness that surrounds them."
On the way out, Kardashian and West stopped by Lionel Richie's cabana to chat up the music legend. "It was super friendly between them," the onlooker notes. "It seemed like they knew Lionel well."
