Sharon Osbourne has no problems getting candid.

And the 61-year-old Talk co-host did just that when she dished on the plastic surgery procedures she's had in the past, admitting on the Graham Norton Show Friday she's had "a lot."

As for her most painful surgery, Osbourne admitted it was "having my vagina tightened."

"It was just excruciating," she told British TV host Graham Norton, as the audience erupted in laughter.

"What did that entail?," Colin Farrell, who was also on the show that day, quickly asked with a smile.

"I'll show you later," Osbourne quipped, before giving him a hug.

The daytime talk show host was on hand to talk about her autobiography Unbreakable, and while she was at it revealed that she and her husband Ozzy Osbourne had reconciled after she moved out of their home earlier this year.

"He'd relapsed and it was a combination again of the drugs and the drink and it was like not again. I've got ten minutes left and I'm not gonna spend it like this."

Sharon said Ozzy's sobriety and 12-step program got them back together.

"It was down to him and he did what he was supposed to do which is work a 12-step program and stay clean and sober and that's what he does," she went on. "He realized what he was gonna lose…not just me, but everything he would've lost."

"He says we're like bread and butter," she continued. "We fit together so perfectly, we're as one. We're a team. It's 40 years. The hardest thing I had to do was walk away, but I knew if I stayed it would've carried on."
