Francesca Eastwood has been in the headlines quite a lot lately, thanks largely to her seemingly impromptu marriage to Jonah Hill's brother Jordan Feldstein—and rumors that the newlyweds almost immediately wanted an annulment.
But Dina Eastwood, stepmother of the 20-year-old bride, insists the nuptials are not a publicity stunt. Appearing on an episode of Bethenny Frankel's talk show that will air Dec. 10, Clint Eastwood's wife insisted Francesca "would actually do something like [getting married], thinking that no one would ever find out."
"They don't get that they are tied to Clint Eastwood or that they have a little bit of success on their own," Dina explained. "So [Francesca] calls me and says, 'I didn't think anyone would find out.' Are you s--ting me? Like what are you doing? Get home. I just want to ring her neck, but I am going to hug her, too."
"She's an adrenaline junkie," added Dina. "She's a lovely, smart, amazing person who will do a goof-off at a whim."
And although Dina told Bethenny she thinks "an annulment, yes, is occurring as we sit on this couch," E! News confirmed Tuesday, Nov. 26 (after the TV segment was taped) that neither Francesca nor Jordan had filed for one in Clark County's family court. (The pair obtained a marriage license at the Clark County Recorder's Office on Nov. 17 and exchanged vows shortly thereafter at the Simple Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.)
Francesca was spotted Monday visiting 35-year-old Jordan's home in L.A., although the nature of this visit remains unclear. But as Dina told Bethenny, she doesn't know what her stepdaughter is thinking, but hopes she's "going to find out this week."
