Sure, it's been nearly 12 years since Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake were an item, but that doesn't mean they can't still appreciate each other's music.

The Work Bitch songstress proved just that while visiting patients at the Children's Hospital of Orange County on behalf of The Ryan Seacrest Foundation on Saturday, Nov. 23.

While being interviewed, the singer was asked what she considers her favorite current tune.

"I really like Justin Timberlake's 'Holy Grail,'" she replied. "I like that song. I think it's mystical." (The track is actually a collaboration between J.T. and Jay-Z.)

Following the sitdown, Spears graciously posed for pictures, much to the delight of the young people there.

"Thank you @RyanSeacrest for inviting me to the @RyanFoundation and thanks to all of the kids for hanging out with me!" the pop star tweeted.

Definitely puts a song in our hearts.

Meanwhile, Spears' new album, Britney Jean, is slated to drop on Dec. 3, just one day after she turns the big 3-2.
