Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are the latest celebrity couple to step out in coordinating looks. Prior to the rapper's concert at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Wednesday, Nov. 20, the future spouses donned matching ensembles.
West, 36, looked übercool in light denim pants, a white button-up and a navy overcoat. His bride-to-be, 32, stopped traffic in shredded Saint Laurent jeans, a simple white top and a black overcoat.
Their casual style pales in comparison to the try-hard efforts of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. Who could forget the former pop power couple's matching denim duds at the 28th Annual American Music Awards in January 2001? Timberlake called their outfits a "bad choice" in a 2011 Playboy interview. "I'd probably pay good money to get some of those pictures off the internet."
Victoria Beckham and David Beckham have yet to live down their joint appearance at the MTV Movie Awards in May 2003. The Brits donned similar ivory looks, which turned out to be just one of many times the couple would align their apparel.
"I look back on some stuff and think I can't believe I actually wore that," the soccer stud would later tell H&M magazine. "I have no regrets, though. I knew at the time it was good."
