Gisele Bündchen took to Instagram today to share a precious photo with her adorable daughter Vivian Lake, and it's safe to say the Brazilian beauty's mini-me is taking after her model mama.
The picture-perfect pair posed under a tree with bright orange and red leaves, celebrating the crisp fall weather in a beautiful park while enjoying quality time together.
"#love #grateful," Tom Brady's missus captioned the stunning shot in both English and Portuguese.
Despite the chilly temperature, the former Victoria's Secret Angel looked cozy and chic in her fall ensemble, sporting a gray sheepskin-lined jacket and a beanie hat with her hair in a low ponytail. Little Vivian kept warm in a pink jacket, boots and a red hat, as her doting mama flashed a gigantic smile while lifting her daughter into the air.
Of course, this isn't the first supercute pic we've seen of Gisele and Viv, as the model mama loves to document sweet moments with her children on Instagram.
She most recently shared a picture-perfect photo of her family while on vacation, and she posted an aww-worthy shot where she's meditating with her baby girl in October.
The stunner supermodel also participated in a Facebook Q&A today where she was asked to share the most important moment of her life.
"Every moment is important and unique," she said. "But if I had to choose one it would be the birth of my children."
