Jake T. Austin's car was involved in an early morning hit and run incident earlier today.

A car registered to the 18-year-old former Disney star was found at the scene of a 4-car crash in an L.A. neighborhood in the wee hours of the morning, a source who has seen the police report confirms to E! News.

According to one source, the crash happened just after 3 a.m. outside the Riverside Villa Apartments in Sherman Oaks. At the scene of the incident was a 2010 Audi that had crashed into three parked cars outside the complex.

Two unidentified males were seen by the source fleeing the scene of the crash after grabbing some stuff from the wrecked Audi. Another witness says one of the guys appeared to be injured and there was also traces of what looked like blood on the street. The cops were called and police officers arrived shortly after.

While it's unclear whether Austin was driving the car at the time of the crash (one of the fleeing guys looked like Austin, per one witness), the Audi had a New York registration belonging to Jake Szymanski (Austin's real name), a source who's seen the police reports confirms.

Additionally, Valley Traffic confirms to E! News that there was an incident early this morning but wouldn't name Austin (aka Szymanski).

"A call came in at 3:45 a.m. for the block where the Riverside Villa Apartments are located," Valley Traffic tells us. "There was one impounded car and three parked vehicles. The driver fled off and the car was left at the scene. The police did not have any contact with any driver. No one was arrested. Nothing indicates that it was that name [Jake T. Austin]. This is a hit and run investigation."

Austin's rep couldn't be reached for comment regarding the hit and run.
