Spoiler alert! We're about to dig into the biggest, most jaw-dropping moments from Tuesday night's TV. If you haven't yet watched a particular show, and don't want to be spoiled, skip to the next!

Person of Interest: R.I.P. Joss! No, not Whedon. We're talking about the tragic death of Detective Joss Carter (Taraji P. Henson) on tonight's episode.  Long story short: after sharing a sweet kiss with Reese (Jim Caviezel), the two of them set out to find Simmons (Robert John Burke). Oh, they find him just fine. He jumps out of an alley and starts shooting! Both Carter and Reese are shot, but it's Carter who is fatally wounded. Her last dying words are about her son, and Reese cradles her while she dies. Let's just say that Reese wasn't the only one crying by episode's end.

S.H.I.E.L.D.: Looks like the bonding between May (Ming-Na Wen) and Ward (Brett Dalton) was more than just sharing war stories. By the end of the episode, May invited Ward into her bedroom for some drinks…and most likely other stuff. We were betting on a Skye (Chloe Bennet) and Ward hookup, but it looks like S.H.I.E.L.D. wants to give us a love triangle. And we're OK with it.

As for that Thor crossover, well, it wasn't much more than Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his team cleaning up the mess Thor left in London. Damn those gods and their disregard for neat and tidy battles! And Coulson is now having nightmares about his time in Tahiti, so we're fairly certain it won't be long before we get more answers on that.

NCISWhat did you think of the debut of Ziva's (Cote de Pablo) "replacement" in tonight's episode? Bishop (Emily Wickersham) is cute and smart, no? Better get used to her, because she is definitely sticking around for a while. She started out the episode merely assisting the team, but by the time the hour ended, she was asked to join Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and Co. permanently.

New Girl: Coach (Damon Wayans Jr.) and Cece (Hannah Simone) go on a date, and they are so cute we kind of wonder if that's why Damon is now sticking around New Girl. But before they are adorable and kiss at the end of the night, Cece has to put up with Coach acting like a jackass the whole time. But before she storms off for good, he admits that he was nervous about the date because he just got out of a relationship, and that's why he was acting out.

Meanwhile, Jess (Zooey Deschanel) had to stop Schmidt (Max Greenfield) from ruining their date by hitting him with her car. Twice. Jess tells Schmidt to let Cece go, and the two of them eat chocolates and watch Cece and Coach make-out from afar. Kind of creepy.
