When I re-posted the photo this week to support the girls I screen grabbed it off the internet when I was working in Japan. I had no idea it was photoshopped. All good intentions- sorry for the confusion and congratulations to the girls for such a great show! ❤"
Did Miranda Kerr Photoshop her waist to look slimmer in a recent Instagram shot?
The 30-year-old stunner, who is one of the most active models on the photo sharing site, has come under fire after Instagram users accused her of altering an image of herself from the 2012 Victoria's Secret fashion show.
The photo in question, which Miranda uploaded on Tuesday, Nov. 12, features the former Victoria's Secret Angel posing in a bra and panties in between Angels Doutzen Kroes and Alessandra Ambrosio backstage at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show last year.
"Sending love and best wishes to the #vsangels from Japan" Kerr captioned the pic while in Tokyo celebrating her most recent Elle Japan magazine cover.
Twelve months ago she shared almost the exact same shot on her Instagram account, although her waist is seemingly smaller in the more recent pic.
"Good times #vsfashionshow," Orlando Bloom's former missus wrote of the purportedly untouched pic.
Followers of the supermodel immediately took notice of the Kerr's seemingly trimmed-down waist in the photo, slamming Flynn's mama for a "fake fail" in the comments.
Kerr has yet to respond to the photo backlash. Her most recent Instagrams include two photos that she uploaded on Wednesday night while in Tokyo celebrating with Michael Kors at an event for Elle Japan.
The Australian fashion model did not walk the runway at this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show due to a scheduling conflict.
Reps for Kerr could not be reached for comment.
