Bethenny Frankel is ready for whatever 2014 has in store for her.

The daytime talk show host opened up in the most recent issue of Health about balancing a hectic schedule and stepping back into the dating world.

"I don't think you can have it all at once. It's hard to have a career and a personal life and a love life and a sex life," she shared. "If it happens, I'll let you know!"

And speaking of her love life, what is the former Real Housewives of New York star looking for in a beau?

"In a romantic partner? Hmmm. Acceptance, confidence, sense of humor, ability to take charge. I'm always so in charge. I'd like someone else to take charge. And it's not that easy. I'm not that easy a person to take charge of."

She added, "I don't want anyone to take charge of my business. I want someone to take charge of my personal life."

But before she does find the man of her dreams, Frankel has some self-discovery to do all on her own.

"Recently I'm trying to find my identity again. I'm figuring out who I am in this new life. So I'll take my dog and go for walks along the river," she explained. "I'll walk and do something mindless. It's good."

If there's one area of her life that she's completely comfortable in, however, it's her enviable figure.

"I like that I have a nice figure, but I don't any feel pressure about it.  It's not the thing that people identify me with.  I mean, they do, but it's not who I think I am.  I'm flawed.  I've created a success based on being flawed."
