If you need context (not that it will necessarily explain anything) it came during last night's Miami reunion, when Adriana suggested that the reason that Joanna and Romain don't have sex is because he's gay ("It happens every day! Married men with children! Come out of the closet!"). Joanna calls Romain, who then suggests that Adriana is just jealous because she wants him.

Adriana replies, "Why would I want to be with a man with a limp penis?!"

She repeats this twice. Just in case the first delivery wasn't GIF-able enough.
