Steve Granitz/WireImageDrew Barrymore has often said she wants to have a large family with husband Will Kopelman. Given that she's currently pregnant with Baby No. 2, however, the 38-year-old actress isn't so sure.
"I think every other pregnant woman out there can relate to the fact that you say you want all of this stuff and then when you're pregnant, it becomes very day-by-day," Barrymore told E! News' Ali Fedotowsky during the Baby2Baby Gala at Book Bindery in Culver City, Calif., on Saturday, Nov. 9. "But as soon as you give birth you forget everything and you're like, ‘Yes! Let's go again!' So, I'll have to wait a little while to think about the big picture again."
The Big Miracle star said being pregnant is an "intense" and "wonderful" experience.
Luckily, her 13-month-old daughter, Olive, is excited about becoming a big sister. (E! News exclusively confirmed the actress' pregnancy on Nov. 4.)
"I think every parent wants to believe their kid is so bright, and they should! And I'm proud to say I think she's so bright!" Barrymore said of her firstborn child. "She points to my stomach and goes, ‘Baby!' She gets it!"
