Amber Heard is opening up and her love life.
The 27-year-old actress, who's been dating Johnny Depp since the two costarred in the 2011 film The Rum Diary, says it's pretty difficult dating when you're an actor.
"It is really hard when you spend your life living out of a suitcase," Heard reveals to Company magazine. "But it really does weed out superficial people—if someone is still with you after the second movie, then they're probably a good one! I like to trust people in general—it's the Southern girl in me."
Heard admits the paparazzi can definitely get on her nerves (she and Depp were last snapped together in London on Oct. 24).
"It's hard because I was brought up to always be polite and respectful, when someone shouts your name—you turn around," she says. "It took me a very long time to overcome the cordial instinct, the polite, human instinct to smile and say thank you when someone compliments you, but then they get their picture, which is annoying."
As for her famous costars, Heard dished, "I've always worked with cool people—both men and women. Harrison Ford in Paranoia was a legend. Liam Hemsworth is such a talent—he will work forever. Demi Moore was one of my favorites—so genuinely benevolent. I learned so much from her."
