It sounds like Austin Mahone is back to his happy and healthy self!

E! News can exclusively announce that the 17-year-old singer will be performing at the 2013 TeenNick HALO Awards on Nov. 17 at the Hollywood Palladium in L.A. Mahone's HALO performance will be one of his first big events since being hospitalized last month for a blood clot and dehydration.

"I'm feeling a lot better since my hospital scare," Mahone tells E! News. "I've really been taking every precaution to stay healthy and now I'm really excited to say that I'll finally be able to perform again."

He added, "I'll be performing my new single, 'Banga! Banga!' which will be out on Nov. 10. I'm just so happy to get back out there for my Mahomies who have stuck by me and sent me so many well wishes over the past couple of weeks."

Mahone had quite the health scare last month. His rep told E! News in a statement on Oct. 18, "Austin Mahone was admitted to the hospital with 104 temperature and is being treated for a blood clot and extreme inflammation in his throat as well as severe dehydration." The pop star was also forced to postpone his MTV Artists to Watch tour to next year.

In addition to Mahone, the TeenNick Halo Awards will also feature a performance by Fall Out Boy, who will rock the house with their hits "Alone Together" and "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)."

The HALO Awards honors teens who've given back to their community in charitable ways. Josh Hutcherson, Queen Latifah, Chris Paul and Shay Mitchell will all be making appearances during the big show.
