Sharon Osbourne couldn't be happier that her daughter Kelly Osbourne called a truce with Lady Gaga following their heated feud last week.

The battle of words went down after Gaga delivered a birthday cake to Kelly through her mother, prompting Kelly to call the pop star's good deed out on Twitter. Now, Sharon says she's so "happy" their spat is over.

"You know what, life is way too short," the Talk cohost told us exclusively last night at the TV Guide Magazine Hot List party in Hollywood. "And Gaga was so gracious and extended herself to Kelly and I'm glad that Kelly came around because you know what, it's juvenile. And thank god it's over."

Kelly apologized several times last week for slamming Gaga's cake present. "@ladygaga I acted like a child last night. Just not into publicity stunts call me & we will end this like adults I don't want 2 fight anymore," the Fashion Police star tweeted.

She also made nice with Gaga on Hello Ross, saying, "I will just admit that I overreacted. I really did, because when you start to f--k with me and my mom, that's when I start to get a little bit...I saw it wrong. I saw it more as a publicity stunt than an olive branch."

She added, "There's a lot of really huge misunderstandings on both sides of this ridiculous fight that doesn't even need to be happening."
