"There's a lot of stuff that goes on that they can't put on television."

Who knew The Voice was one of the raunchiest shows on TV?! We didn't until we chatted with five of the NBC reality hit's Top 20 contestants, who were all more than willing to spill on the behind-the-scenes shenanigans we don't get to see on screen.

For example? One of the four coaches was attacked by ants! Seriously! During our exclusive interview with contestants Matthew Schuler and Olivia Henken (from Team Christina Aguilera), Austin Jenckes (Team Blake Shelton), Amber Nicole (Team CeeLo Green) and Preston Pohl (Team Adam Levine), we heard the hilarious ant story we're crossing our fingers eventually makes it to a blooper reel!

During one of her rehearsals, Olivia revealed that coach Christina had quite the scare when she went to sit in her infamous spinning chair. "There was like an ant or something in her chair and she freaked out!" Olivia spills. "And then she jumped over to CeeLo's chair. Paul, the band leader, was like, 'I don't know if CeeLo's chair is going to be any better!' All of this fun stuff that happens, I wish they could show all of it!"

Of course, Austin also gets to have a lot of fun with his mentor Blake, who is known for his tendency to say whatever comes to his mind. "He's very, very, very, very funny! He's not afraid to say anything that might not be appropriate for television, that kind of stuff," Austin dishes of the country crooner. "It's pretty awesome to just be in that atmosphere, just hanging out. He busts out his guitar and strums through the chords with you."

And it seems like The Voice should consider putting together a blooper reel from rehearsals as Preston says the sessions tend to get pretty dirty: "After our first rehearsal I was like, 'I don't know how they're going to show this on TV. I don't want my mom to see this!" Of the coaches, Olivia adds, "They're real people, too, so they talk just like we do! When cameras are rolling, different story!"

The Voice's live playoffs begin tonight at 8 p.m. and continue tomorrow night at 9 p.m. on NBC.

(E! Online and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
