So that must be what Drake was thinking when he decided to dress up as Kanye West for Halloween.
The "Started From the Bottom" singer donned a blue eagle T-shirt and gold mask that looks exactly like one of the outfits that Kim Kardahian's fiancé wears onstage during his Yeezus Tour.
Drake, who goes by the name Champagne Papi on his Instagram handle, shared a snapshot of his getup on Instagram.
He's shown walking backstage at one of his tour stops and captioned the hilarious pic, "I win the backstage costume contest every time #LightSkinYeezus #IAmAGod #IconicS--t #HomeMadeDonda #AllPraiseToTheGenius"
So that's basically a compliment, right?! Right.
But perhaps the costume will actually rub Mr. West the wrong way, especially considering the recent turn of events with his tour.
On Thursday, it was announced that his tour was postponed indefinitely after "a truck carrying The Yeezus Tour's custom-made video truss and 60-ft circular LED screen was in an accident that damaged the gear beyond repair," a spokesman for Island Def Jam Music Group said in a statement obtained by E! News.
"This gear is central to the staging of The Yeezus Tour, and central to the creative vision put forth by Kanye West and his design team at DONDA."
"Kanye West will not compromise on bringing the show, as it was originally envisioned and designed, to his fans. The Vancouver, Denver and Minneapolis dates have been postponed. Further details on the affected tour dates will be announced shortly."
