Short hair, don't care!

Hollywood's hot for the increasingly popular pixie cut with celeb after celeb stepping up to their salon's chopping block to say so long to long strands.

Pamela Anderson was the latest star to embrace the trend, ditching her long blond locks for the first time in 20 years to embrace a pretty pixie cut, which she debuted on Wednesday.

If the former long hair devotee's newfound love of the cropped cut isn't an indication that the short ‘do is having a moment, need we remind you of the stir Beyoncé created when she took to Instagram to show off her chopped tresses?

And then there are stars like Charlize Theron and Anne Hathaway who cut their hair for a role but nevertheless rock their short tresses so well in the real world that they have us non-actors curious about making the cut.

But it's a bold beauty move that requires some serious thinking! Even Miley Cyrus, who once famously declared she would never go back to long hair, has changed her mind.

And with a superstar budget, both she and Bey can—and have!—called on star stylists to add extennsions when they've tired of their cropped coifs—a luxury that not all of us can necessarily afford.
