Sometimes even Kim Kardashian and Kanye West need a low-key movie date.

Just two days after the rapper's over-the-top proposal to the mother of his four-month old daughter North West, the lovebirds were seen at the AMC theaters in Los Angeles after attending Wolfgang Puck's charity Dream for Future Africa Foundation honoring Vogue Italia Editor-In-Chief Franca Sozzani event at Spago restaurant in Beverly Hills earlier in the evening.

Wearing the same sexy white Nina Ricci ensemble and strappy sky-high sandals, Kim and her man bought tickets at the counter to Captain Phillips like your average couple (except, these two have much better fashion sense) after rocking the red carpet together at their first post-engagement appearance, where the E! star gushed that she is "extremely happy."

"It's where I am at in my life and I hope people can see that because it's what's going on with me right now," Kim exclusively told E! News.

The newly blond beauty also flaunted her stunning 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond engagement ring and admitted that she has yet to remove the bauble, with the exception of placing the huge rock on daughter Nori's tiny finger.

"It's been on all the time," the gorgeous starlet revealed. "It's been on when I'm at the gym. It's been on everywhere," adding, "I took it off and put it on her [Nori]. We brought it to her right after and told her."

Too cute!

On Monday, Oct. 21 (Kim's 33rd birthday), Kanye popped the question to his ladylove at the AT&T Park in San Francisco, which he rented out for the occasion.

The "Black Skinhead" singer commissioned a 50-piece orchestra to play Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful," followed by Keri Hilson, Ne-Yo and Kanye's "Knock You Down" as fireworks and Roman candles exploded into the night sky while the field's jumbo screen flashed the sign, "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!"

As soon as Kim said yes, the mother of one's nearest and dearest poured out from the dugouts, adding yet another element of surprise to the epic proposal.

"Last night was truly magical!!! I am the luckiest girl in the world!" a newly engaged Kim told E! News on Tuesday. "I get to marry my best friend!"
