Shortly after photos surfaced of Katharine McPhee kissing her former Smash director, Michael Morris, E! News has learned that she has split from her husband "months ago."
The American Idol runner-up has been married to 47-year-old performer turned producer Nick Cokas since 2008. No divorce papers have been filed as of yet.
But there's another married couple caught up in this romantic web.
Morris is currently still married to 44-year-old actress Mary McCormack. The two tied the knot back in 2003 and are parents to 9-year-old Margaret, 6-year-old Rose and 2-year-old Lillian.
That didn't seem to stop McPhee and Morris from showing off some serious PDA over the weekend.
The two were seen grabbing lunch at I Panini Di Ambra in Hollywood on Sunday, Oct. 22.
The duo packed on the PDA in a parking lot, holding hands and sharing several kisses before driving off in separate cars.
McPhee did not appear to be wearing her wedding ring during the afternoon outing with Morris.
Meanwhile, status of Morris and McCormack 's marriage remains unclear.
The 29-year-old singer has yet to break her silence about the goings on in her love life.
